2. Bianka

Devious independent strong female, what is not to love? I really admire that she seduced a rigid, by-the-book, arrogant, righteous angel. Silly Lysander for trying to resist such a powerful woman!

3. Lysander

Usually I really dislike virtuous judgmental characters but Lysander is kinda adorable in his narrow-mindedness. And I appreciate that he grows and is able to accept Bianka’s more devilish quirks.

4. Kait Ballenger

I’ve never come across the author Kait Ballenger and I’m happy that I did! I look forward to reading more of her work in the future.

5. Execution Underground

Kait Ballenger’s Execution Underground series seems like a series I would enjoy. Thankfully the short story in this book was a prequel for the series so that way I was not lost or confused. But yes, an organization focused on dealing with supernatural beings, fighting weres, vampires, and ghosts, is totally up my alley. Happy to be introduced to this series!

6. Damon and Tiffany

The love story between Tiffany and Damon is fantastic. I’m such a sucker for the overly stoic, manly-man who has a soft-spot that only their woman can bring out in them. Let us blame “Pride and Prejudice” for this! Anyways, my heart was crushed when Damon realizes that Tiffany was turned. Such anguish!!! Why Kait, why?!

7. Sexy

Both stories in “After Dark” have hot sex scenes.
